1974

It was at the dawn of the 70's, at the age of 18 and a half, that Bernard Graf began his professional activity.

Not predestined for higher education and after early military service, he borrowed 500 francs from his father and went to sell the clothes never collected by customers of his parents' alterations store on the Clos St Marc market.

Business in his blood and strong ambition, the successful experience gives him wings...

1976

Bernard gets his first doorstep near the market square in Rouen.

A true refuge for young, trendy people, this innovative boutique for its time is the ancestor of the concept store.

Bernard distributes unsold vinyl records that he managed to buy at Pathé-Marconi as well as second-hand clothing, including printed bell bottom pants and long furs for men.

The same year, the success was such that he signed his second store.

Little by little, he travels the world and searches with his truck for the most interesting lots, negotiating with rag pickers.

His self-sacrifice and his courage paid off, he gradually opened doors to the largest factories in the world.

The trucks come back full. Immediately purchased, immediately sold to the big names in the Saint Ouen flea market.

Little Bernard becomes the reference for the elders. He is closing his stores to concentrate on his new activity.
